Terms of Service
These are the terms on which ItaliaRegist S.r.l. provides this website and its services.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Who we are and who these terms apply to
This website is run by ItaliaRegist S.r.l., trading as ItaliaRegist, Via dei Fori Imperiali 15, 00186 Rome, Italy. Email: info@company-registration-italy.com. Phone: +39 06 1234 5678. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Rome time.
These terms bind everyone who uses the website and every client who has accepted a written quotation from us. If you are a client, the quotation and these terms together make up the agreement.
2. Definitions used in these terms
- "We" and "us" mean ItaliaRegist S.r.l.
- "You" means the person using the website or the client who engages us.
- "The website" means company-registration-italy.com and its pages, forms and payment page.
- "Services" means the work we carry out for a client under an engagement.
- "Engagement" means the work described in a written quotation that the client has accepted.
- "Quotation" means our written statement of scope, fees and what the client must supply.
- "Third-party body" means a notary, a register, a tax or social-security agency, a bank, a consulate or any other body outside our control.
3. Using this website
Use the website lawfully and in good faith. Do not scrape it in a way that burdens it, do not try to bypass the protection on our forms, and do not use it to send us material that is unlawful or harmful.
Links to other websites are not endorsements. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.
4. What we do and what we do not do
We prepare and coordinate. That covers documents, the notarial appointment, the filings, registered-office and business-address arrangements, and the introduction to a bank for an account application.
We are not a notary, a court, a state body or a bank. The notary receives and files the deed. The Register of Companies, the tax agencies and the bank decide on their own filings and accounts.
Payroll is run by an enrolled professional whom we coordinate. A tax return is transmitted by an authorised intermediary or by the company itself. Fiduciary holding is offered only through an authorised società fiduciaria, never through an unregulated nominee. We do not use protected professional titles and we do not carry out statutory audits.
5. Engagements, quotations and fees
An engagement begins when you accept a written quotation. The quotation sets out the scope, our fees and what you must supply. State and notarial costs are separate from our fees and are named as such in the quotation.
This website shows no price for our services. The only prices shown are those of ready-made companies on their list. The amount of an invoice appears on the invoice, with its VAT treatment.
6. Your documents, information and responsibilities
You agree to supply true, complete and current information and documents, legalised or translated where the quotation says so. You also agree to sign what the notary or a third-party body requires.
If your information is late or inaccurate, our work waits and the quotation may change. After the company exists, its compliance duties remain yours; the quotation lists the ones we have agreed to coordinate. We keep what you send us confidential.
7. Online payments
The payment page accepts payment of an invoice issued by us and identified by its invoice number. A single payment may be from EUR 50 to EUR 50,000. The currency is euro only.
Card payments are handled by the card processor and crypto payments by the crypto processor named on the payment page; we do not store card details. A payment is confirmed on the success page and by email. The payee is ItaliaRegist S.r.l. Refunds follow clause 13.
8. Timing and third-party bodies
Any timeline we give is an estimate of our own work, counted from the moment the documents we have listed are in hand. It is not a promise on behalf of any third-party body, and none of them is bound by our estimate.
No state body guarantees a processing term for our filings. What our window covers is explained on the formation pages, not here.
9. Enquiry forms and visitor context
Use a form to ask us a question or request a service. The forms are protected against abuse, and the visitor context sent with an enquiry is used to answer it and to tell spam from real enquiries. The categories are listed in the Privacy policy.
Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement. Do not put confidential or special-category data in a free-text box.
10. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and logo of this website belong to ItaliaRegist S.r.l. or its licensors. You may read and print the pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reuse needs our written permission.
Documents we prepare for a client become the client's once we have been paid for them.
11. Information on this website is not advice
The guides and service pages explain Italian procedures in general terms and may be out of date on the day you read them. They are not legal, tax or immigration advice for your case.
Before you act on any of it, ask us for a quotation or take advice from a qualified professional. Where we rely on official sources, the pages link to them.
12. Limits of liability
We are liable to the extent the applicable law allows, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded. We are not liable for the acts or delays of a third-party body, for events outside our control, or for loss that follows from incorrect information you supplied.
Our total liability under an engagement is capped at the fees you have paid for that engagement. The cap never applies to wilful misconduct or gross negligence. A client acting as a consumer keeps every right the law does not let a consumer waive.
13. Cancellation, refunds and complaints
<a id="cancellation-refunds-and-complaints"></a>
Either side may end an engagement by writing to the other. Work already done and third-party costs already incurred, such as state fees, notary fees and translations, remain payable. We refund amounts paid in advance, less those items.
A payment made in error is refunded to the original payment method once we have confirmed it. A client acting as a consumer keeps any statutory right of withdrawal the law gives.
Send complaints to info@company-registration-italy.com. We read each one and reply in good faith.
14. Personal data
We process personal data as described in the Privacy policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows which version you are reading. An engagement is governed by the terms in force when you accepted the quotation.
16. Governing law and disputes
The law of Italy governs these terms. For a business client, the courts of Rome have jurisdiction. For a client acting as a consumer, the court that the law assigns to the consumer has jurisdiction.
If a disagreement arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it in good faith.
